Relaxation Training Programme



The Relaxation Program involves participation in a 6-week program of training methods incorporating:

Breathing patterns
Muscle Control
Correct posture
Positive self-talk
Use of visualisation
Dealing with Fear & Emotional Disturbance (William Forde, founder of Anger Management, will be available on this occasion to present these 2 topics on week 5 & 6).

This can be followed by an optional program of Yoga designed to complement the above and facilitate joint and limb flexibility, improving muscle strength, co-ordination and general balance.

This program is suitable for:

Reducing fear, anxiety and stress
Recognising problem situations and learning how to resolve them
Improving sleeping patterns
Lowering blood pressure levels and drug dependency
Assisting with weight reduction programs
Increase self-awareness and self-enhancement

This program unifies both knowledge and techniques of Eastern and Western disciplines that are helpful to all participants.

The cost of this 6-week programme is £75. Each session will last not more than 1.5 hours. You will also have the opportunity of relaxing for about 25 minutes to a Relaxation CD, which is included in the programme.
