How will Primordial Sound Meditation affect my health?

When is the best time to meditate?
It is recommended that meditation is done twice a day for 20-30 minutes, first thing in the morning and just before your evening meal between 4 and 6 pm.
Can I lie down to meditate?
It is not recommended that you lie down as you may fall asleep and you do not want to associate meditation with sleeping. It is best to sit comfortably in a chair.
Can I meditate before going to bed?
It is not advisable to meditate after 7 pm. Although meditation can relax you, it could keep your mind alert, ie, you can be in a state of restful awareness, and may find it difficult to sleep.
