I followed the oatbran diet, eating low fat foods and exercising, but that did not make a difference.
I continued my search when the doctor and the consultant suggested statins. That's when I came across the Ketogenic diet and more research later through watching YouTube videos found Dave Feldman.
Here is his very easy to understand guide on cholesterol. Cholesterol is not bad. Cholesterol is very much needed for the various bodily functions- that's why the liver produces it!
