Where there is a will, there is a way

It is a sad fact that governments and authorities around the world do not promote healthy eating for a healthy lifestyle.

Since the start of the sickness crisis and subsequent hysteria in March 2020, the solution was to impose mask mandates, lockdowns and take the experimental medical intervention, not once but at least 3 times.

When their solution was made known, I questioned why they hadn’t mentioned diet and healthy lifestyle especially when it was shown that the majority of deaths from the sickness were the very old and frail and those who had at least 2 co-morbidities. Those who were healthy either won’t succumb to it or if they did, would eventually recover.

18 months on, more and more studies are now showing that eating a balanced real food diet can not only reverse some of the co-morbidities but can help people recover quickly from this sickness. All is not lost.

For decades, Big Food Industry, Big Pharma (Drug pushers) and Banksters (corrupt banking system) have been pushing the low-fat diet as a way to stay healthy. Low fat foods on their own do not taste good, so taste enhancers, like sugar have to be added to make them palatable. Contrary to general belief, eating natural unprocessed fat does not necessarily make you fat – it is the sugar in the form of sweeteners and starches that is the culprit. Not only does it make you fat, it causes other metabolic problems such as diabetes, heart disease, inflammation, allergies, etc.

The way out of the sickness crisis and hysteria is not to listen to the now propaganda media and government. Do your own research and experiment for yourself. The government is not supposed to look after us. Our health is our own responsibility to care for. Our God-given body is our responsibility to look after. Don’t give it up to the government.

Cold Shower

Well, I finally did it.

I had been contemplating taking a cold shower for over a year and didn’t have the guts to do it. It had always felt daunting to me. But I did it this morning and it really is an exhilarating experience. Amazingly, it wasn’t too difficult nor stressful.

It usually takes about 30 seconds for the water to warm up when I start the shower. I decided to centre myself with deep breaths, stood just under the shower, turned it on, got my arms wet and then slowly crept under the shower. The water warmed up slowly and I felt good that I got through the 30 seconds or so of cold water. I centred myself again taking slow deep breaths and turned the dial to cold, set the timer for 45 seconds, continued with slow deep breaths. A little more difficult, but I made it.

Wim Hof on YouTube and a few others expounds the benefits of taking cold showers. There are lots of health benefits for doing so.

I also thought that since the future of energy supply is bleak, I might as well bite the bullet and plunge into this routine. I think I’ll be able to get used to it within 10 days. It’s good to be prepared.

Salted Eggs

When I went to Leeds recently, I bought a pack of 6 salted duck eggs in the Chinese supermarket. It was a long time since I ate them.

The ancient Chinese used to preserve the eggs using a mixture of clay, sand, salt and water. The eggs were kept in the container for about 6 weeks. They would eat the egg with rice porridge.

I learned how to make salted eggs after watching a few YouTube videos and thought I’d put this knowledge into work. I’ve added peppercorns, bay leaves, star anise and cinnamon sticks into the Himalayan salt solution. The mixture of duck and chicken eggs will be kept in the jar for 6 weeks. Then I’ll have to boil them for about 15-20 minutes and they should keep for a few months at least.

I’m tempted to do this exercise every fortnight to start stocking up on eggs. You just never know when they could come in handy.

​The egg is after all a complete food - no carb and full of goodness.

Low-Carb Bread Recipe

Just tried out a low carb bread recipe.

Lovely and soft like standard bread made with flour.

This is made with 2 eggs, butter, water, almond flour, chia seeds, erythritol, baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Will definitely make it again.

Another bank in our town has been “downgraded” to a Digital service only branch, which means that counter services are no longer available. This cause problems for businesses and organisations like churches and charities banking their cash collections.

The push towards digital and online payments is accelerating fast.
Obviously, this way of transacting suits the younger generation. I feel for the older generation who find computing and the use of smart phones and paying with a card, alien.

I now use cash wherever possible. If we don’t use it, we will get sucked into the digital age and become a cashless society.

My 72-hour Fast

I started my 72-hour fast on Sunday 5th September at 6 pm and completed it yesterday 8th September at 6 pm.

​I had intended to monitor my blood glucose and ketones every 24 hours, but forgot to do it on Monday.

The first reading I took was on Tuesday at 11 am (41hours) was disappointing.
Blood glucose 4.8 mmol/l,
Blood ketones 0.8 mmol/l
GKI 6
Dr Boz Ratio: 108 

The second reading taken at 5 pm (47 hours) improved slightly, but still disappointing to me.
Blood glucose 4.6 mmol/l,
Blood ketones 0.9 mmol/l
GKI 5.1
Dr Boz Ratio: 92

Just before I ended the fast at 6 pm (72 hours) my readings were:
Blood glucose 4.9 mmol/l,
Blood ketones 2.5 mmol/l
GKI 2
Dr Boz Ratio
: 35.5

I was happy with that. I had achieved autophagy. It was my aim to give my immune system a boost  when I ventured on this fast. I achieved it. However, I was not entirely happy with the final blood glucose reading. I had expected it to be lower. I think my cortisol level is elevated due to a stressful year I have had. I hope as life begins to settle down and as I take steps to work on my stress levels, cortisol will improve.

I plan to go on another long fast in a couple of months' time.

Happy Monday

Monday is here again! It sure comes around quickly.

I think Monday is a good day to try something new be it a new idea, a new project, a new recipe, whatever. There’s always something new to try out.

Thomas Edison once said, “When you have exhausted all possibilities, remember this – you haven’t.”

There’s always a different way to look at a problem, a new way to look at tackling a project, a tweak to a recipe, etc.

So instead of giving up on something that you’ve been working on, try working at it from a different angle.

Today I have embarked on a 72-hour fast, which began at 6 pm yesterday. This will be the 2nd time attempting it - I didn't quite make 72 hours last time. I'm This is one of the ways I use to boost my immune system.

We now know that sugar compromises the immune system. Sugar consumption causes a huge range of health issues, which we were taught were caused by eating too much meat and fat. The truth is now out, but it is not widely promoted for a variety of reasons. It is up to you to do your own research and understand and "unteach" yourself so that you can look forward to a healthier lifestyle.

Unhealthy issues such as weight gain, diabetes, inflammatory issues, and more can be reversed by eating real food. Once you drop the unhealthy carbohydrates from your diet and eat real food, you will feel the difference within days. Don't be afraid to try it out.

P is for Prepare

The Scout Motto has been used by millions of Scouts around the world since 1907 in a variety of languages. Most of the member organisations of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts share this same motto. In English, the Scout Motto is most commonly: “Be Prepared”.

Summer is going to roll into autumn in the northern hemisphere shortly. It’s time to take action to prepare the body to go into battle against respiratory illnesses that tend to occur in the wintertime. You have an immune system to defend you against these germs, so you now have the choice to decide how you intend to prepare your body for this. What I do is to continue eating real food, ie food without a list of ingredients. I hardly eat carbohydrates these days. I will supplement with more Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C and zinc. I will also make sure I get out and exercise and get fresh air. Your immune system is your first line of defense. Take care of your immune system and it will take care of you.

I believe it’s a good idea to start thinking about stocking up on necessities. I have begun to stock up on tinned food, candles, lighters, batteries. Yep – I can hear you say I’m crazy. But I’m just being prepared in the event of a prolonged power cut.

Whatever you may choose to think, I believe that we also need to prepare for a financial melt-down. From the information I’ve gathered from a variety of sources, it is highly likely that the financial crisis will be much worse than anything anyone has ever seen. For a long time, I’ve wondered about what really is behind the ‘pandemic’. There were a lot of things that did not make sense to me. This of course is not the view shared by many of my friends and family. You certainly do not get this feeling if you followed the narrative on mainstream media.

O is for Oppress

I never dreamed that one day I’d find myself living in a country where oppression is applied to its population. Perhaps you don’t think it is happening to you. Perhaps you only tune in to one source of information and to you it is a reliable and trustworthy source of information and you've accepted that the way of life now is fine with you.
I chose not to trust the news that comes on the Television. Incidentally, the word television, when broken down into syllables, can sound like “tell a vision”. So it’s telling you a vision. It is telling you their preferred vision. If you watch and hear it long enough, you will believe it whether it is authentic or not.

You see, the news that keeps being churned out from this box is not complete. It’s a selected portion of what is truly happening around the world. Take a look at what is happening in Australia. It looks like they are going back full circle, ie becoming a prisoner colony. Oppression is very much taking place there.

We were born with inalienable rights.

The right to ensure one’s SURVIVAL is a natural right. It is the right to water, air, food, clothing, shelter.

The right to FREEDOM. We were born with the right to be free from captivity, slavery, invasion, force, coercion, or tyranny.

The right to SELF-OWNERSHIP is the right to make personal choices, determine our actions and reactions, exercise exclusive authority over our thoughts, actions, and reactions.

The right to SELF DEFENCE is the right to protect ourselves against injury, death, force, tyranny, oppression, or torture.

We have the right to have CONTROL over our body, the right to seek care or to refuse care or administer self-care.

We see countries like Australia where vast numbers of people are locked into their houses. where they are under tyrannical restrictions, rules, and mandates. This is scary and it makes me question whether one day it could happen here. And I think it is extremely possible unless we put our foot down.

You see, most of us have already given away our God-given rights, our sovereign rights to the people who are supposedly governing our country. They have cleverly manipulated most of the population over the past 18 months using scare tactics and psychological tools in the media.

Take a step back and realise who you really are. Realise what you have given up and continue to give up. When you give up a little by little, your rights have been taken away and given up and they are never given back to you.

If a law, rule, or mandate violates a right, that law, rule, or mandate is null and void. It is invalid in the eyes of the law. When your right is violated, that law is invalid, worthless, nothing.

How can you do anything about it?

Seek the truth and then develop the vision you want to embody, speak or feel.

Become the vision you want to see in the world.

Become the tellers of the new vision.
