So, what is a thought? Why are we bombarded daily with so many thoughts?
Well, one good thing about having thoughts is that you know you are alive. Thought is a flow of information both at the conscious and subconscious or unconscious level. They can be a mixture of good, productive, helpful, bad, fearful thoughts and they all dwell in the mind.
The mind is like a projector. When we become aware of the thought, it is like it is being projected onto a screen and becomes a movie being played out. At that point it either is a fantasy or it can appear to be real and we can make a choice to own it or to discard it.
We can change our relationship with thought by recognising it as a thought and not a reality. We project thoughts, but we create reality.
