People often talk about raising vibrations. What does it mean?
A vibration is a state of being, the atmosphere, or the energetic quality of a person, place, thought, or thing. According to Albert Einstein, everything in life is vibration. As you think, you vibrate. As you vibrate, you attract. It’s like the law of attraction playing out in life. So why should you raise your vibrations today?
Well, for starters, it will make you feel better and/or good. You may be able to think better and clearer. When you feel good, you help others around you feel good too. So why not give it a try?
Here are some easy ways to raise your vibration now:
• Be grateful
• Say NO to something that drains your energy
• Eat real food
• Breathe and meditate/practice mindfulness
• Get a hug by giving someone a hug
• Say something nice to a stranger
When you are vibrating at a higher level, you feel lighter, happier, and more at ease, whereas lower vibrations feel heavy, dark, and confused.
