Progress continues to be made albeit slowly.

During my counselling session on Tuesday, my counsellor mentioned that she had a hospital appointment to see a consultant about her arthritic condition hence the session was a little earlier than previous weeks. I was surprised she suffered with arthritis because she is quite a young woman probably in her 30s.

Needless to say, I went down the rabbit hole again and I found some information and sent them to her. These videos are by doctors on YouTube I follow.

https://youtu.be/dD9nEdL0VlI
https://youtu.be/ePg3V4iOBI4
https://youtu.be/yPjX1T5tAqA
https://youtu.be/AgOvSnw2tfE
https://youtu.be/Z5R_MWzRJjE
https://youtu.be/zJ-6EawQfM4

To be honest, I was not surprised to find that reducing carb consumption could improve the condition. After all, sugar from starchy carbs and highly processed foods cause inflammation and arthritis is an inflammatory disease. Here is what Dr Robert Lustig has to say about the correlation between sugar and metabolic disease and cancer.

https://youtu.be/jpNU72dny2s

The big food businesses have duped us into believing that carbs and processed foods like breakfast cereals, pasta, bread, etc are essential to the diet. This is where they make their profits from. These foods are comfort foods and are extremely addictive and that is why many people trying to change from a high carb diet find it difficult to do. It’s like being a drug addict and trying to wean yourself off drugs.

As we continue to see the dismantling of our present NHS, it becomes crucial now that we have to take responsibility for our own health and wellbeing. We should not be relying on government and health professionals to help us. We must be proactive and help ourselves.

I found this document while watching the news on UK Column on Wednesday. https://www.ukcolumn.org/ukcolumn-news/uk-column-news-9th-february-2022

It is the NHS Long Term Plan and was prepared in 2019.

https://www.longtermplan.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/nhs-long-term-plan-version-1.2.pdf

Essentially it tells us that the present NHS will be transformed. The document shows how we will access health care in the future. It suggests that there will be faster access to health care, diagnostics, and patients will be expected to look after themselves. The burden of healthcare is being placed on the patient.

Some highlighted points:

1.38 - "over the next five years the NHS will ramp up support for people to manage their own health." Suggests that responsibility for your health is yours and not the doctor’s.

1.39 - "The NHS Comprehensive Model of Personalised Care, developed in partnership with over 50 stakeholder groups.” Suggests that we may not dealing with NHS but big pharma or AI.

"We will roll out the NHS Personalised Care model across the country, reaching 2.5 million people by 2023/24 and then aiming to double that again within a decade.” Suggests that the present NHS is being destroyed to bring about the new model.

1.41: “We will accelerate the roll out of Personal Health Budgets to give people greater choice and control over how care is planned and delivered.” Suggests that the NHS will be locked into AI (Artificial Intelligence), digital matters & data.

1.42: “the NHS will personalise care, to improve end of life care. ..We will introduce proactive and personalised care planning for everyone identified as being in their last year of life.”
This is spooky. When does NHS decide one is at the last year of life? How can anyone predict when a person is at the last year of life?

Happy Friday.

It was good to see Becky yesterday. Unfortunately, our usual eating place was not serving food, so we went to Haworth’s famous pub, The Bull Inn and had lunch there instead. In the evening I went to Church. It was lovely to be back in Church attending Mass again. I did feel quite exhausted when I came home, and I put my feet up and relaxed in the evening doing virtually nothing until I went to bed. I slept well and am well rested and will take it easy today.

Here are 3 everyday foods that destroy your immune system and metabolic health:
1.  Processed & packaged food
2.  Sugars (toxic)
3.  Refined carbs ( white bread, white pasta and white rice)
Find out why by watching this video:
https://youtu.be/6aJu8IwahZM

Thank you for all your prayers and good wishes – they are certainly helping me in my road to recovery.

Stay vigilant. Keep the faith. Question everything. Stand your ground. Do not comply. Pray and keep praying.

Happy Sunday.

Fibroids

Pleased to report that progress is still being made. I took a short walk to the Post Office and back just keeping on the flat. It was fine.

I phoned the doctor’s surgery and the receptionist arranged for a doctor to phone me back. One thing I noted, since we were informed of the change of telephone number at the end of December is that prior to the change, the recorded message was by a doctor in the practice. Now the recorded message that you’re greeted with is a robotic message. AI technology has definitely begun! So the doctor phoned and took the time to run through the blood results taken at the hospital when I was there. All I was told was that it had indicated a viral infection. She noted that there were other issues which were obviously caused by the infection I had. She wants me to get another blood test done in a few weeks’ time. I was pleasantly surprised.

A few days ago, my friend who found out she has fibroids after having a scan done, had a follow-up appointment at the hospital. She phoned to check if she would have to wear a mask because she had an exemption. She was told that she would have to wear one, so she cancelled the appointment. I would have done that too. I felt for her and decided to go down the rabbit hole to see if there was an alternative way to get rid of fibroids. Lo and behold, I came across 2 videos by Dr Ken Berry and Dr Eric Berg, both proponents of the low carb diet.

https://youtu.be/W8tWuhjZ4ls
https://youtu.be/g00S7VXawFw

My friend has been a vegetarian and after watching the videos decided to ditch being a vegetarian and start eating meat again and also reduce her carb consumption. After all, a vegetarian diet is not a complete diet even though one could take supplements to compensate for the lack of essential vitamins from meat. But why not eat meat and get all the nutritional benefits and more? She still has a menstrual cycle and will be keeping a journal to keep track of how she feels, especially when she has her period. As Dr Ken Berry said, the fibroids took a while to grow, so she would have to give herself at least 90 days to see if she felt any better. After all, she has nothing to lose and all to gain by trying the low carb/carnivore diet.

Once again, it looks like it could be another case for switching to a low carb/carnivore diet.

Keep the faith. Stand your ground. Stay vigilant. Question everything. Pray and keep praying

Happy Thursday.

The truth will out

I cannot help wondering with each passing day, when more government deceit and lies are brought to light, how they will continue to conduct their war on us.

The latest revelation I came across is:
“According to data published by ICNARC - 80.8% of covid19 patients admitted from 1 May 2021 until December 2021 have a BMI of over 25. Thus if you have a BMI of over 25 you are up to 4 times more likely to be hospitalised with covid19. This information is important to all - vaccinated and unvaccinated alike. Source: https://www.icnarc.org/our-audit/audits/cmp/reports”

https://youtu.be/NLhg-YfMD54

I am truly happy to see these figures, published by the government. It confirms for me that I am doing the right thing regarding my lifestyle. It’s now been almost 3 years since I started on the low carb way of eating. I lost the extra weight at the start and now continue to maintain my optimum weight. All I eat is real food, mostly a variety of meat, eggs, bacon, cream, cheese, and a little salad, once a day. I enjoy a quality piece of grass-fed rib-eye steak once a week.

As with every change one makes in life, it can seem daunting at the beginning, having to give up sweets, chocolates, cakes, bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. Having not eaten these foods for a long time, I have no desire to put them into my system, and to be honest, I feel repulsed by them. I received a box of chocolates for Christmas, and I did eat them, but I felt quite lousy after I polished them off.

It really is not difficult to reduce carb intake to lose weight. Just reduce the intake of starchy foods and eat less often in the day.

Which leads me to question the “science” that the government propaganda machine led by Chris Whitty, who really should have his knighthood rescinded. People who are healthy with an functioning optimum immune system are generally less likely to be adversely affected by this sickness and its variants. It is evil and sinful for him to keep pushing the experimental inoculation on everyone. Besides the finding listed above, there are many other findings that show that this sickness is not as lethal as it is purported to be. We are continued to be bombarded with lies and more lies to scare us into taking part in the experiment.

“Most COVID19 patients are unvaccinated” - high case numbers in the vaccinated, and why the lies?

https://rumble.com/vrtfaf-most-covid19-patients-are-unvaccinated-high-case-numbers-in-the-vaccinated-.html

Bravo to Fr. Daniel Nolan speaking out on "Pandemic Madness"
https://youtu.be/zKEG-E3f5Xk

We need more brave people like him to stand up and speak out against tyranny and we can support them by sharing the information far and wide.

If we don’t do it, we might find ourselves in a situation like one that happened a century ago.

The hour is approaching.
https://youtu.be/iXsE78wPlKg

For those who still cannot get it nor see what is slowly happening and changing, watch this video:

Who Is Pulling Our Leader's Strings?
https://youtu.be/DhLYVCPLsps

We must continue to be vigilant of the lies and deceit of these evil people and the games they play as they continue to try and restrict us. Make and take the time to analyse their lies and deceit, do your own research, question their motives.

Keep the faith. Stand strong and united. Pray and keep praying.

Happy Monday.

It is a sad fact that governments and authorities around the world do not promote healthy eating for a healthy lifestyle.

Since the start of the sickness crisis and subsequent hysteria in March 2020, the solution was to impose mask mandates, lockdowns and take the experimental medical intervention, not once but at least 3 times.

When their solution was made known, I questioned why they hadn’t mentioned diet and healthy lifestyle especially when it was shown that the majority of deaths from the sickness were the very old and frail and those who had at least 2 co-morbidities. Those who were healthy either won’t succumb to it or if they did, would eventually recover.

18 months on, more and more studies are now showing that eating a balanced real food diet can not only reverse some of the co-morbidities but can help people recover quickly from this sickness. All is not lost.

For decades, Big Food Industry, Big Pharma (Drug pushers) and Banksters (corrupt banking system) have been pushing the low-fat diet as a way to stay healthy. Low fat foods on their own do not taste good, so taste enhancers, like sugar have to be added to make them palatable. Contrary to general belief, eating natural unprocessed fat does not necessarily make you fat – it is the sugar in the form of sweeteners and starches that is the culprit. Not only does it make you fat, it causes other metabolic problems such as diabetes, heart disease, inflammation, allergies, etc.

The way out of the sickness crisis and hysteria is not to listen to the now propaganda media and government. Do your own research and experiment for yourself. The government is not supposed to look after us. Our health is our own responsibility to care for. Our God-given body is our responsibility to look after. Don’t give it up to the government.

Here is a video from Dr Mindy Pelz about some of the findings she made:

I is for Immune System

The Immune system seems to be something no one in authority wants to talk about these days!

Why is that?

Why is it that we are being made to believe that there is only one solution for overcoming the “pandemic”?

Why are governments so desperately pushing people to take the experimental medical intervention trial inoculation?

Why do they keep telling people to “stay safe” instead?

What does “staying safe” involve?

It would appear that “staying safe” involves wearing face covering, social distancing, and participating in the experimental medical intervention trial inoculation.

I believe “staying safe” is about strengthening the immune system so that you can be and stay healthy and strong and then be safe from environmental pathogens.

Most of us were born with a sophisticated and powerful defence system that’s called the immune system. It is powerful and works automatically for you as long as you look after it.

You do this by:
• Keeping stress at a normal level
• Eating real and nutritious food
• Supplement with zinc, vitamins C & D if necessary
• Exercise
• Fasting
• Being exposed to microbes in the environment to develop immunity – (being in a sterile environment for extended periods of time does not help to develop immunity)

The immune system may be weakened by age, illness, stress, pre-existing problems, being overweight and auto-immune issues. Nutrition & stress impacts the immune system the most.

Sugar, derived from carbohydrates such as bread, flour, cakes, etc, paralyses the immune system and causes metabolic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, obesity and more. Most of these illnesses are reversible by a diet and lifestyle change.

High levels of stress produce cortisol in the body which triggers auto-immune issues and lowers immunity. It has the most profound effect on the immune system. Even the best nutritious diet cannot help when one is under a great deal of stress.

Some ways to isolate stress:
• Go for long walks
• Get good quality sleep
• Be in an environment that’s supportive of stress
• Supplement with Vitamin B1
• Meditation/relaxation

I believe that it is my responsibility to ensure that my immune system is strong and healthy. I believe that my strong immune system will protect me from harmful pathogens in my environment. I believe that if my immune system is kept strong through the various ways listed above, I do not have to depend on medical intervention to “stay safe”. I believe that self-care is how you take your power back and live life as normally as possible.

You can learn more about the immune system and what you can do to look after it. Here is a free mini course that you can do in under a couple of hours. Take the time to invest in your health.

https://youtu.be/RHjX7A02rqc

It really is not difficult to make changes if you put your heart and mind into it. I never thought I’d ditch the unhealthy carbohydrates and fast (I eat once a day). Once I got into it and saw the results (weight loss), I was on a roll!

Another important thing to note is that LDL in cholesterol plays a crucial protective role in our immune system. Taking statins unnecessarily is not helpful to the immune system. This is supported by Cardiologist Dr Aseem Malhotra:

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/health-fitness/body/can-live-life-without-statins-cardiologist-says-can/

There is a place for pills and medical intervention. Unfortunately, it seems to be the first “go to” remedy for most ailments these days.
It’s time to take control of your life. Take time to learn. Make the effort. Your life and your health are your responsibility to maintain – not the governments’ or the doctors’.

Day 14 Press Up Challenge | Review of My 72-Hour Fast

27/11/2020

My 72-hour fast experience

It was not as difficult as I had thought. I did feel a few hunger pangs after 60 hours but did not feel ravenous to need to break the fast. I took my blood readings at 68 hours. Blood glucose was 3.7 mmol/l and blood ketones were 2.1 mmol/l. This put me well in a state of autophagy. It was a struggle to continue beyond 69.5 hours, so I broke my fast with a nutritious and nourishing bowl of beef, tripe and kidney stew.

I will do this again in about 2-3 months’ time. I will continue doing 48-hour fasts every week or so.

These long fasts are NOT recommended if your body is not fat adapted, ie if you’re not using fat as a source of fuel. To become fat adapted, you need to reduce the intake of starchy carbs, increase consumption of natural fats and fatty cuts of meat, fish, chicken, eggs, cheese and cream.

This is the way to get and stay healthy; to keep the immune system fighting fit.

Eat real food.

Day 11 Press Up Challenge | Fruits, Fructose & The Liver

24/11/2020

Most of us believe that the consumption of Fruits & vegetables is an important part of our diet.

Since being on the Carnivore Diet, I’ve not missed eating fruits and vegetables. My system has got used to not consuming all that fibre you find in vegetables.

The danger with eating too much fruits is that you can consume too much sugar. The sugar in fruits is made up of sugar and fructose. Too much fructose can adversely affect the liver.

Fruits that are very high in sugar content are dried fruits especially raisins, dates, apricots, figs which have between 55 and 75 grams of sugar per 100 grams. These should really be avoided.

The fresh very sweet fruits such as bananas, figs, grapes, cherries, mangoes, Kiwi & pineapple should also be avoided if your body does not tolerate carbohydrates, ie you experience an insulin surge. These fruits contain between 12 and 20 grams of sugar per 100 grams of fruit. These days most of the fruit we get are engineered or manipulated to be sweet.

The next category of fruit that can be eaten in moderation are apples, blueberries, apricot, orange, grapefruit, which have between 9 and 11 grams of sugar per 100 grams of fruit. They are not as sweet as the previous category, but they are still sweet and can cause insulin spikes.

The low sugar fruits are raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and lemon are safe to eat on a regular basis.

Of course, age, metabolism, genetics, activity level and insulin sensitivity play a part in how the body deals with sugar.

Day 10 Press Up Challenge | Calories & Weight Loss

23/11/2020

In the standard Low Calorie World that we live in, we are led to believe that calories are evil. However, a low calorie diet is not only non-satisfying, but is also not sustainable because you cannot stay full.

When looking at ways to lose weight, we really need to pay attention to 3 main hormones:
  • Leptin – influences satiety
  • Ghrelin – influences hunger
  • Insulin – influences fat storage, the metabolic hormone

Insulin has been given a bad rap recently, but it is not all bad when it is maintained in balance.

When you eat, insulin is released to move glucose to the cells and helps to store the excess fat that has not been used up. During the period when we don’t eat and if the insulin level is below 5, insulin will play a part in allowing the body to use the fat storage for energy. Insulin is really the key to weight loss, not calories. Insulin resistance is when the insulin remains high even without eating. When this is the case, the fat stores are hidden and unavailable and that is when the feeling of hunger is triggered because the body has a perception of lack and the metabolic rate slows down causing you to want to eat.

You can reduce insulin by
  • Following a low carb high fat diet or a carnivore diet
  • Doing Intermittent fasting from 17 hours up to 72 hours

You can see from the table the foods in the green boxes are the ones that should make up the bulk of your diet. Some of these foods, although high in calories, will keep you full and will help with intermittent fasting or eating one meal a day (OMAD), like I do.

So, the moral of the story today, DON’T count calories. Focus on the foods that keep you full and satisfied.

Day 9 Press Up Challenge | Autophagy & the Respiratory System

22/11/2020

What is the purpose of stimulating autophagy?

Main reasons
• Detox – rids infections, pathogens, viruses, bacteria from every cell in the body.
• Cell regeneration
• Activates immune system
• In the respiratory system, it can lengthen the cilia, which is responsible for clearing pathogens

I believe it is important to get into a regular state of autophagy. I believe this keeps the immune system healthy and strong to defend the body from the threat of viruses and disease.

Some ways that you can stimulate autophagy are:
• Intermittent fasting (between 17 and 72 hours). This is easily achieved if you follow a low-carb diet.
• Give up smoking
• Stress less
• Sleep well
• Eat real food

Here is the research connecting autophagy to improved respiratory function.
