Today is Sunday – the day of rest for most people.

As you plan your day wondering about what you need to do, how about thinking about what you could do to raise your vibrations.

People often talk about raising vibrations. What does it mean?

A vibration is a state of being, the atmosphere, or the energetic quality of a person, place, thought, or thing. According to Albert Einstein, everything in life is vibration. As you think, you vibrate. As you vibrate, you attract. It’s like the law of attraction playing out in life. So why should you raise your vibrations today?

Well, for starters, it will make you feel better and/or good. You may be able to think better and clearer. When you feel good, you help others around you feel good too. So why not give it a try?

Here are some easy ways to raise your vibration now:
• Be grateful
• Say NO to something that drains your energy
• Eat real food
• Breathe and meditate/practice mindfulness
• Get a hug by giving someone a hug
• Forgive
• Say something nice to a stranger

When you are vibrating at a higher level, you feel lighter, happier, and more at ease, whereas lower vibrations feel heavy, dark, and confused.

Once you feel better, make yourself a 3-egg omelette for breakfast or brunch. Did you know that the egg is a superfood? It’s real, tasty food that is full of goodness without any carbs!

Day 6 Press Up Challenge | The Egg is Good Food

Nearly beat my previous record, but not quite there! I'll keep trying.

A couple of days ago, the media produced the headlines that egg consumption is associated with an increased risk of diabetes. That does not make sense to me because there are hardly any carbohydrates (sugar) in an egg and we know that it is starchy carbs that push up insulin causing diabetes in the long run.

I believe it is what that is consumed with the eggs that potentially cause diabetes, like toast, bread, potatoes, fruit juice.

Eat your eggs - they are real food and good for you. They are reasonably cheap, filling, nutritious. They are a whole food.

So, eat real food to get & stay healthy and build a strong immune system to fight off disease.
